- Users must provide accurate delivery details. FoodNow™ is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

- Not to harm the reputation of FoodNow™, its merchants, or delivery partners.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Merchant Responsibilities
- Merchants are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of their products.
- FoodNow™ is not liable for issues related to merchant products, including allergies or incorrect orders.
8. Liability
- FoodNow™ provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or availability of the platform.
- FoodNow™ is not responsible for:
- Delays, interruptions, or failures in service.
- Loss or damage resulting from the actions of merchants, delivery partners, or third parties.
- Personal injuries or property damage arising from the use of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform, including logos, trademarks, text, and graphics, is the property of FoodNow™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
10. Privacy
- Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
FoodNow™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
